Divorces and Chhildren in Modern Society

The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis "Divorces and children in modern society" is to describe how parent's divorces influence children and their future life. In the first part I will define basic terms such as family, marriage and divorce. In the following part I will try to compare the development of divorce in the Czech Republic with some European countries. Then I will focus on the legal aspects of divorce in terms of the historical development of family law and analyze its current state. The main and final part is based on studies which prove whether divorce has an impact on children or not. Then I will describe short-term and long-term reactions of children on divorce
