Legislation of Goods Purchase in the International Context

In this work is analyzed the legislation of goods purchase in the international context. For comparison is adduced the legislation in the internatioanl context and in the Czech legal order. During the work the focus is on change in legislation of Czech law which came into effectivity on 1. 1. 2014. The work also includes an analysis of the proposal for a common European legislation purchase of goods. In the practical part is consists of model purchase agreement, which includes a comparison of international and Czech purchase contract. Partial aim of the practical part is the creation of two internal guidelines. The aim of the guidelines is the procedure for a complaint of defective goods
