The effect of location on price of the apartment - compare prices in the region Strakonicko

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the charting of differences in offering prices of flats in the Strakonicko region. While processing a given topic I, at first, made a literary background research, which is mostly engaged in explaining the basic terminology related to the real estate market and further to presenting the methods of evaluating the flats. Further I stated the methodology according which I proceeded while creating my own thesis. In the practical part I created the market analysis in the given area and I described its main characteristics, which can influence the prices of flats. I divided the given area into three parts according to the biggest towns in the region. I observed the price of flats in each of them according to the characteristics of a given region. It was confirmed that the region influence is the main factor influencing the price of real estates
