The bachelor thesis deals with the difficulties evaluation of the quality and of sales of Christmas trees in the year 2012 at the selling location Prague - Bohnice. The thesis describes the categorization of Christmas trees at the moment compared to the past. In the thesis was the surfy between customers made. This surfy was focused on their satisfaction of contemporary offer.In the following is a brief description of individual tasks on the plantation before shipment to the customer and individual tree types offered on the market during sales of Christmas trees. The thesis also addresses indicative market research that was done at selected sellers in the year 2013. The survey showed that customers are mostly satisfied with achal christmas trees offer and their sprice is acceptable
