Vybrané sociálně patologické jevy na střední škole

This bachelor thesis deals with the socially pathological phenomena in selected high schools in relation to a given region. Its theoretical part briefly specifies the basic issues of the socially pathological phenomena and the drug addiction among adolescents with a detailed focus on the use of tobacco products, including effects, consequences, causes and preventive measures. The main methods of the theoretical part, namely, study and use of the available literature sources allow to obtain relevant data for characteristic of the observed problem in the high schools environment. The goal of the practical part lies in a realization of a questionnaire survey which is applied to students of the selected high schools in the particular locality. The survey effort is to determine a present state of the tobacco use and a degree of appearance of the eventual addiction to the consumption of that type of the drug. Detailed analysis, confrontation of the results with respect to a gender of the pupils and the high school environment including the processing of ascertained materials into the transparent tables and graphs are seemed to be as a self-evident task. All of that will be utilized for the final summary, discussion and conclusion
