Vliv soudobé ekonomické krize na stavební průmysl v České a Slovenské republice

This work deals with the influence of the global economic crisis on construction industry in the the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic, including the effects of economic development on construction industry in the period before the crisis, more precisely from 2000-2012. In the theoretical part, the development of the construction industry before the crisis will be described, reasons for the financial crisis and spreading of crisis to this industry will be described too. The practical part focuses on the link between construction work and GDP in the Czech and in the Slovak Republic, it also deals with the influence of public procurement on the construction industry. The problem will be solved by using regressive analysis. The impact of the economic crisis on a particular construction company will be examined as well
