The subject of the thesis is to evaluate the vertical acquisition between ag-ricultural production and meat industry, on the basis of an economic evaluation. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part pre-sents the basic concepts and characteristics overview of the methods and procedures used in the valuation of the company. The practical part focuses on the application of theoretical knowledge and draws conclusions from the calculated values. The thesis contains of many economic analyzes, such as strategic analysis, financial analysis and preliminary valuation of companies on the basis of value. The value of is determined using the yield method DFC entity. In the context of the achieved results and analyzes will be decided whether the observed realization of vertical acquisitions will be made
