The bachelor thesis focuses primarily on Cafe Noiva -- Avion in Český Těšín and its restoration and reopening. Furthermore, the thesis compares the cafe culture in Silesia and Moravia -- it especially compares cafes with similar concurrence of events. It is thus concerned with cafes which had been destroyed and reconstructed. The thesis also focuses on design of the given project, the reconstruction process and the execution of the interior
