Ekologická zemědělská produkce a kvalita a realizace biopotravin se zaměřením na Boskovicko

Aim of this bachelor thesis with name "Organic farming, quality and production of organic food with focus on the region Boskovicko" was collecting of the fundamental rules and principles of organic farming and organic food marketing clarification. Briefly describe with the history and development of organic farming, illustrate important principles for plant cultivation, animal husbandry and water use. Provide an overview of legal concept for organic agriculture and the associated control and labeling of organic products. At the end of the first part was described the quality of organic products compared to the quality of conventional products. The second part was focused on the evaluation of a questionnaire survey of consumer behavior and knowledge of consumers of organic food in miniregion Boskovicko. The respondents' answers were evaluated and processed in the form of graphs. The survey shows that organic food buying more women than men and more turnout is enjoyed by specialized stores than widespread reachable supermarkets
