This bachelor thesis deals with the impacts that the admission of Czech Republic into EU had on Czech foreign trade, GDP, labor market and inflation. Positives and negatives of joining the EU single market are analyzed and the main trading partners and the most frequently exported and imported commodities of the Czech Republic are introduced. Thesis focuses on time range 1993-2012 so the structural changes of Czech economy are described before as well as after the accession
