This bachelor thesis is focused on social networks as a modern tool of communication and promotion. Theoretical part describes interpersonal comunnication as well as marketing communication. In this part are also processed informations about social networks and marketing in this environment. The empirical part deals with analysis of content created for the selected e-shops. This analysis is focused on the presentation of these e-shops on the social network Facebook, and how users of these pages react on their presentation
