The work of artistic director in the folklore ensemble

My thesis is focused on the role of artistic director in the folklore ensemble. My chosen region is Moravian Slovakia and Wallachia. It summarizes results of work of the artistic director, which were obtained from available literature and my own experience. It describes formation of folklore groups and their role in modern society. Thesis includes an analysis of artistic director´s work from the perspective of different points of view and characterizes his personality. It also deals with education, artsleaders. The last part practicaly desribes creation of the new choreography
