Základní registry v České republice a návrh možností vedoucích ke snížení výdajů vynakládaných na jejich provoz

The thesis is focused on the recently created basic registers of public administration in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to introduce and then suggest ways to reduce costs by selected institution, which uses a system of basic registers. In the opening section there is described issues related to the basic registers and also basic registers themselves. The next section describes public procurement for basic registers, then the comparison with the Austrian model of basic registers and identification the possibility, where the Czech Republic could inspire in this model. In the practical part there are identified the strengths and weaknesses of basic registers and the opportunities and threats to their operation through the SWOT analysis. There are also quantified the economic costs related with their administration and operation. In the last part there are presented and then proposed ways to reduce the costs, which are expending for the connection and using of basic registers by selected institution
