Work Obstacles

The topic of this thesis is Work Obstacles. In the theoretical part it is focused on general characteristics of the term "labour-law relations" and on the work obstacles in comparison with Union regulations. Work obstacles occur in every labour-law relation. They can arise on an employer or employee's side. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the impact of work obstacles on holidays and probationary period. The practical part is concerned with accounting and a demonstration of particular examples calculation in case the work obstacles appear.
