Development of the child in complete and incomplete families

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the issues of development of the children in two-parent and single-parent families, which in the context of an evolving society and the new concept of "family" are becoming more widespread. Introduced is the concept of the family, its development, function and role of the family occupying its members. Finally, the text also discusses child development with emphasis on the influence of family environment. This positively affects on the child (either positively or negatively) whether it is possible to observe differences in perspective and school readiness of pupils kindergarten determines the practical part of the work. This part for the use of standardized testing methods to verify the school readiness of six children, three of the families complete and three of the incomplete. The aim of this thesis is to present the basic theoretical framework and mainly affect whether there are differences amongst the tested children that could be attributed to the fact in what type family they are growing
