Interactive web sites for testing students from mathematics on basic school

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create particular interactive web pages that would be focused on both the practice and the testing of elementary school pupils in selected areas of mathematics. This web application enables the pupils not only to practise their skills in 15 different categories comprising three levels of difficulty and to access their work groups, but also to complete assigned tests created by their teacher and to follow their progress in them as well. Apart from the test and the group creation, the application also enables the teachers to put in their own tasks and exercises and to monitor certain statistic indexes, for instance how well the pupils performed the assigned tasks. The first part of the thesis deals with the analysis of similar web pages and their comparison. The second part is then focused on the analysis and the design of the application itself and further describes the crucial parts of its development. The following, i.e. the third, part is devoted to possible security thrests and how to prevent them. The system implementation is described in the fourth part which also briefly characterizes all of the used technologies and tools when creating the web application. The final part discusses the use of this application at selected elementary and grammar schools
