This bachelor thesis is focused on the introduction of the new Czech terminology of the new Civil Code regarding to the property rights. The main aim of this work is to analyse the selected terminology in the field of the law of property and search for possible legal equivalents in French. The secondary aim is to describe the basics of property rights in the Czech Republic and in France. The work is divided in a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first one, which was prepared with the expert sources, deals with legal language.
