The bachelor thesis deals with modern technologies in retail. The main goal of this work is to determine how consumers adopt modern technology in retail. What is their opinion on technology, and how they are perceived. To achieve the main objectives was used marketing research (survey), focusing primarily on modern technology for retail customers and the advanced technology used in the world. Subsequently, the processed results and suggestions for improvement
