Differences in the Perception of Relaxing Music with Phono-therapeutic Elements for Various Age Categories

The paper deals with the issues of music therapy. Most of all i tis focused on relaxation music and its techniques including sonotherapy. The theoretical part is focused on the general description of music therapy, its signifikance, classification and history. In the sekond charter relaxation and various relaxation technigues are presented. The third charter deals with sonotherapy, its signifikance and people who are concerned with this topic. In the practical part I Worked on experimental research applied on 60 people dividend in three groups according to thein age. I analysed differences in the influence of the therapy on these participants and the course of the therapy itself. I defined two theories that were deeply described on the basis of the collected information.
