Crimes of the Police of the Czech Republic and how to prevent it

This Bachelor thesis deals with criminality of policemen in the Czech Republic. First, it focuses on defining the general characteristic of this serious anti-social behaviour. The development and causes of policemen criminality in the South Bohemian Region from 2006 to 2012 are evaluated in terms of statistics and compared to data obtained in the Czech Republic. The evaluation of current and also suggestion of further possible preventive measures are carried out in this thesis. The output of this work is represented by creating methodical directions for citizens, how to contribute to the punishment of indications, attempts and also finished policemen unlawful conduct. In the practical part of this thesis is realized an interview with GIBS members, inserted by chosen casuistries. To meet the work preventive purpose requirements, there is performed a questionnaire survey among the members of order service and traffic, alien and criminal police
