I projected that the percentage of disadvantaged students would be, for 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019, 55%, 57%, 59%, and 60%, respectively. Unless, the nation finds a away to drastically improve the educational achievement of disadvantaged students, the nation, or a majority of states, will experience by 2019 “educational disaster.
