Validity Studies - Enhancing Patent Searches

This commentary will discuss established methods to capture prior art, especially in a case of a validity search. Firstly, the classical approach will be reviewed, and, secondly, additional resources will be provided to try to go further and faster in the analysis of publicly available literature.
