Vietnamese in Czech Republic and their position in the Czech labor market

The main subject of this bachelor thesis are Vietnamese citizens living and working in the Czech Republic and their position in the Czech labor market. The first part of this thesis is dedicated to the history and culture of the Vietnam nation. In the second part the incentives of migration from Vietnam to the Czech Republic are described. The final part discusses several specific Vietnamese people currently staying and working in the Czech Republic. The thesis also mentions vasrious statistical data calculating the numbers of Vietnamese citizens living here. It alsodiscloses their employment rate and the percentage of entrepreneurs. To better comprehend the specifications of Vietnamese community in the country, the thesis also presents various stories of a few individuals from this particular community who have decided to settle permanently in the Czech Republic
