Key prosperity factor of Draco enterprise

This thesis deals with analysis and detection of key prosperity factors in areas such as management, marketing, human resources management and financial management, which contributes to prosperity of an enterprise as well as detection of the ones which may be a threat to company's prosperity. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the key prosperity factors in Draco enterprise and suggest short and long term measures for improvement of prosperity in areas such as management, marketing, human resources management and financial management. Thesis consists of two pats, theoretical and practical one. In theoretical part are presented main characteristic of small and medium enterprises in analyzed areas. In practical part the analysis of polish office supplies wholesale are conducted in all previously presented areas. The outcome of the analysis is a advisory short and long term improvement measures that will result in better prosperity of Draco enterprise
