Analysis of Employees Educational System in a chosen Organization

The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to analyse the educational system offered for the company's employees in Partners Financial Services, Ltd. The thesis is divided into three main parts: the theoretical part, methodological and practical ones. The theoretical part describes a set of problems related to educational system organised for the staff in an organization from the general point-of-view. The methodological part describes methods used in the practical part in analysing the educational system for the employees. The content of the practical part is the analysis of the educational system for the company's staff as practised in Partners Financial Services, Ltd. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes basic information determined by the analysis of the employee educational system and the evaluation of the analysed system
