The Financial Analysis of Pivovar Svijany, a.s.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company "Pivovar Svijany, a.s.", in the years 2007 - 2011 based on publicly available information. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical section explains the concept of financial analysis and describes the used methods. This is an analysis of absolute indicators, differential indicators, ratios, bankruptcy and credibility models, EVA index and Du Pont analysis. In the practical part, above mentioned models are used to analyze the financial situation of the company "Pivovar Svijany, a.s.", and they are compared with competitor "Chodovar s.r.o.
