The aim of this Master's thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of an agricultural cooperative "Zemědělské družstvo Dolní Újezd". The purpose is external and internal analysis which identifies opportunities and threats from environment of the company, strengths and weaknesses of the company and the gradual synthesis of knowledge in the form of SWOT analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes several tools and techniques during making the strategic analysis. The concrete methods are applied out for chosen company in the practical part and the conclusion is formulated by the strategic recommendations of possible future progress of the company
