Analysis micro and macroenvironment of the company RegioJet, a.s.

The thesis analyses micro and macroenvironment of the company RegioJet, a.s. which carries on passenger rail transport. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis which is applied on the environment of chosen company in the second part. PESTLE analysis is used to examine the macroenvironment and Porter five forces analysis is used to examine the microenvironment. Additionally, SWOT analysis is done by using the knowledge from the macro and microenvironment of the company. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe factors affecting the company and classify the company within a competition
