Evaluation of Investment Plan

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the investment plan of the production company Gama. It is the purchase of new production facilities to increase production. In the theoretical and methodological part there is the issue of investment projects and their assessment methods, sources of funding and build cash flow generally described. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the acquisition of new production equipment mainly using net present value, internal rate of return and other methods. In order to apply the methods it was necessary to calculate the planned cash flow from the project in the prediction of seven years. In the practical part there is a comparison of financing methods -- both private and through the use of debt capital (bank loans and finance lease). At the end of the thesis there is provided summary of findings jointly with concise recommendations for the company Gama
