Specifically it evaluates the investment in reputable Shopping center in Olomouc city, which however, according to analysis, still offers a great opportunity for increase of its value predominantly throughout efficient property management. Bachelor thesis consists of two parts. First, the theoretical part, defines the principles of investments and afterwards it focuses on individual methods of investment valuation.
