Staff recruitment and Selection of employees

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse the process of the staff recruitment and selection of employees in an IT company - SOFTEC. It confronts the theoretical starting-points and used principles and procedures, identifies their strengths and weaknesses and suggests better or alternative solution. The theoretical part explains all the basic terms and relations regarding human resources and the staff recruitment process as such including particular principles and methods of this acquisition and selection. Practical part is dedicated to the appraisal of the principles application during the staff recruitment and selection of employees in the above stated company.
