Evaluation of donations in culture

This thesis focuses on corporate donations and possibilities for cultural organizations receive the support from companies in Czech Republic. The first part deals with the possibilities of funding and corporate support and sponsorship concept. Interviews with experts from the field of corporate philanthropy and cultural organizations clarify barriers between companies and the cultural organizations. Analysis of the applications reveals specific deficiences and errors that cultural organizations make in order to gain support from business sector. The work suggests that companies in Czech Republic do not have enough reasons to systematically support culture activities
