Analysis of the role of etiquette in business dealings in the selected company

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the role of social behavior and its compliance with the rules of etiquette in business in the selected company. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts. It also deals with important elements during a business meeting such as introductions, handshakes or handovering of business cards. It explains the correct procedures in distance communication and dress code in business. The aim of the practical part is to recommend measures to improve the situation in the company based on a comparison of internal procedures in the selected company with the rules of etiquette and a questionnaire evaluation
