Communication of corporate values

The thesis focuses on corporate culture and corporate values and it's communication to employees and clients of the ČSOB company. In the theoretical part will be explained the concepts of corporate culture, it's characteristics and elements as well as the contribution for the company. There are also explained the concepts of corporate values and code of ethics. Another integral part is the field of communication. The practical part focuses on the corporate culture, values of CSOB and the analysis of it's communication. On the basis of this analysis is proposed the way of communication of the new corporate values
