Disabled People and Their Integration in the Enterprise

The topic of this thesis are disabled people and their integration in the enterprise. The aim of this work is to determine what the status of the persons with disabilities in the labor market is, the opportunities to find work, if they are not able to perform any job and if there are cracks and gaps in the laws governing the employment of people with disabilities. Custom research was conducted in five selected companies where the people with disabilities are employed. To find information, I used the method of interview in the form of open and closed questions. After reviewing research, I came to certain conclusions regarding the interest of employers to persons with disabilities. I compared own research with current laws and theoretical assumptions to employ these people
