This bachelor thesis examines the business and cultural specifics of Spain and describes the connection between them. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first chapter deals with the basic information on the country, such as demography, history, politics and economics. The second part discusses culture, based on cultural dimensions by G. Hosfede it describes the Spanish culture and it compares further on the dimensional indexes for Czech Republic and Spain. The following chapter describes Spanish commercial etiquette and negotiation, and there it also studies the status of women in business.
