This thesis describes the factors that influence competitiveness of the firm on the foreign market. In the first chapter there are stated the factors that comes from the competitiveness of the country, where the firm has its headquarter. There are analyzed three reports of international organizations and their results. The reaction of Czech republic is mentioned in form of export and competitiveness strategy. In the second chapter firm Linet Spol. s r.o. is introduced. This part focuses mainly on the factors inside the firm - structure, education, research and development.
