The issue of regulation of transnational corporations

The bachelor thesis deals with the regulation of transnational corporations. The aim is to assess the challenges of multinational companies, their regulation and possible interactions with national states. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on general characteristics of multinational companies and one of the ways of their regulation, corporate social responsibility (CSR). In the practical part of the thesis is described on a concrete example of the activity of the oil company Royal Dutch Shell in Nigeria of how transnational corporations influence national states.
