This work is focused on defining the relationship between corporate culture and employees' motivation on the example of EVRAZ ZSMK. The work includes analysis of corporate culture and recommendations for improving the current situation. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part describes the basic concepts, definitions and classification of culture in the organization. The practical part deals with the evaluation of data obtained from internal documents and through a questionnaire survey. The goal of this thesis is to create a system of personal recommendations for EVRAZ ZSMK and also demonstrate that the corporate culture has an impact on employees' motivation
