The topic of this bachelor disertation is the "Dynasty of Špidlens " - violin makers". The disertation is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the beginnings of violin makers in Europe. This chapter is divided to smaller subchapters in accordance to the described territories. The second chapter is about beginnings of violin makers in czech country. More important dynasties have their own subchapters. In the third chapter, the dynasty of Špidlen is introduced.
