Truck-gardening in system of ecological agriculture

In the organic farming system is farmed more consistent with nature. Careful handling with the environment, biodiversity, quality care of the soil, preference of renewable resources and recycling of materials are supported. This agricultural system is able to produce high quality food. This bachelor thesis is a literary review. Its aim is to show the different principles in the cultivation of vegetables in organic agriculture. The first part of this thesis is focused on organic farming and it includes the definition of basic concepts, description of the targets and principles of organic farming and its development in the Czech Republic, the European Union and the world. The second part of this thesis contains basic information, which relate to the principle of growing vegetables, their protection, quality control, certification, labeling and storage of vegetables in the organic farming system
