A comparisin of the providing of mortgage at S & L and at mortgage banks in the Czech Republic

The goal of the submitted thesis ?A comparisin of the providing of mortgage at S & L and at mortgage banks in the Czech Republic? is to analyze the expediency of house-funding by building society account and mortgage credit. The theoretical part is focused on description of every single one house-funding type. It introduces history and present of these products and describe them more deeply. The next part is focused on analysis of the present day of house-funding and the basic criteria for loan granting are defined. Then the credit product supply of selected banks and building societies on Czech market is analyzed. In the practical part the whole issue is demonstrated on 2 complex examples. The advantages and disadvantages of these products were also compared in the last part of the work
