The comparison of management of two elementary schools with the focus on problems obtaining grants

The bachelor thesis deals with management of two elementary schools. The thesis is aimed at schools which are contributory organizations. The aim is to show accounting of the schools and the use to improve management and evaluation of management of the selected schools. The contributory organizations are primarily dependent on incomes from grants from the state budget and from contribution of founders. The theoretical part shows accounting and ways of funding of contributory organizations. The result of the thesis is comparison of management of two elementary schools. This part deals with their accounting and problems with obtaining projects of operational programmes. The operational programmes are used for schools to improve the quality of education. The conclusion contains the evaluation of management of schools and the proposal to improve the management
