The theoretical part discusses the importance of meat for humans and consumption of meat. Statistical methods and formulars, that we used in the practical part, are analysed in methodology. The conclusion deals with the final price of poultry meat and factors that influence the amount. Poultry meat satisfies the most important requirement of consumers - high quality for a low price.
