Labour market Czech Republic and Germany

Bachelor thesis, "The labour market in the Czech Republic and in Germany" focuses on the analysis of labour markets in the Czech Republic and Germany, their comparison and define the main differences. The first section describes the basic concepts related to this topic, such as the labour market and its segmentation, offer, demand, unemployment, and unemployment rates, or employment policy. The second part focuses on the individual structures of the two States. Shows the demographic, ethnic and educational structure. And Furthermore, the thesis focuses also on the economic activity rate of the population, labour productivity, or on the unemployment rate. The main differences were detected in the analysis of labour markets in the Czech Republic and in Germany, concerning the long-term unemployment, labour productivity, economic aktivity rate, or the employment rate by level of education in both countries
