Legal knowledge of kindergarten workers in the Pilsen region

This thesis is focused on the issue of school and labor law in kindergarten. Theoretical part of the thesis analyzes basic legal concepts. These concepts should be considered as basic legal knowledge of everybody not only of kindergarten workers. Next part of the thesis analyzes school and labor law related to the kindergarten workers. Practical part of the thesis is a study of legal awareness of kindergarten workers and its comparison between Pilsen Region and Central Bohemian Region.Last part of the thesis contains a suggestion of a system which explains how to introduce and increase legal awareness of kindergarten workers of a fictive kindergarten
