The thesis is focused on the issue of drug crime. Includes definitions of basic concepts related to drug-related crime and substance abuse. Primarily it deals with drug crime, which is associated with the production, trade, or otherwise dealing in drugs. Besides the primary drug crime, the work will focus on crime under the influence of drugs and for the purpose of obtaining it. Another part of the work deals with the search procedures, providing and evaluating evidence, which eliminates damage or irreversible impairment of major criminological tracks or other important information. The conclusion gives some practical examples documenting the growing aggression and brutality addicts to commit crime
