The institute of extreme emergency in the operational management of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.

This thesis is about the use of the institute of extreme emergency in an intervention of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. It provides a concise and comprehensive view of the problems of institute of extreme emergency, de lege lata and the position of this institute in the circumstances of justification. It also analyze legal conditions for the use of emergency and the institute of deviation from the conditions of extreme emergency. The work focuses on the issue of the use of extreme emergency taking in the consideration saving of human life and protecting property when fire fighting, incidents that threaten the health and lives of people. Because minimanization of significant property damage is the basic mission of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.
