This thesis is devoted to small business strategy. In the theoretical section all the important parts of the strategic cycle are gradually summarized. The practical section is closely linked with the theoretical one and gradually applies the theoretical knowledge from the first part to the specific example of a small business. After determining the vision and the mission a detailed internal and external analysis is described for small business. Than particular models are being applied on the specific case in order to determine the strategies for the chosen company.
