The aims of this paper were to describe the level of discrimination perceived in the workplace and neighborhood, and to study its relation to depression and anger. The scale of Feared and Perceived Discrimination, the Beck Depression Inventory and State-Trait-Anger Expression Inventory were applied to a non-probability sample of 200 women with HIV. The participants reported perceived discrimination in the workplace and neighborhood more often than in the family. Discrimination was associated more with depression, playing no mediating role in anger. It is concluded that preventing discrimination could be a protective factor of depression among women living with HIV.Se describe el nivel de discriminación percibida en el trabajo y el vecindari...
